• Standard Inventory: Orders containing in-stock items are generally processed, curated, and securely dispatched from our studio within 1 to 2 business days of order confirmation.

2. Global Delivery Timelines

We partner with premium global courier networks to deliver our collections worldwide (excluding select remote territories and islands).

• Estimated Delivery Window: Once dispatched, worldwide delivery typically takes 5 to 9 business days, depending heavily on your geographic region and regional customs clearance protocols.

3. Shipping Rates and Complimentary Accommodations

Local shipping costs vary by destination and are accurately calculated and displayed dynamically during the checkout sequence. To elevate your experience, we are pleased to offer complimentary standard shipping on high-value selections:

• Complimentary Shipping Thresholds: Free standard worldwide shipping is automatically applied at checkout to all qualifying orders exceeding $350 USD / €300 EUR / £250 GBP.

4. Delivery Conditions and Carrier Limitations

• Address Accuracy: To ensure a seamless delivery, please verify your shipping address with precise detail at checkout. In alignment with our strict studio workflows, modifications cannot be guaranteed once a shipment sequence is initiated.

• Delays & External Disrupted Factors: While we closely monitor every shipment, Maen Donati LLC cannot be held legally or operationally responsible for unforeseen courier transit delays, regional customs holds, or carrier processing disruptions.

• Damages and Losses in Transit: Per our Terms of Service, responsibility for the physical integrity of the box passes to the customer once the courier takes custody. We are not liable for items lost, misdelivered due to address errors, or damaged during transit. However, should an incident occur, please notify us within 30 days at care@maendonati.com so our Care Team can assist you in filing an official inquiry with the carrier.

5. Duties, Customs, and Import Fees

For international shipments outside of our immediate fulfillment zones, parcels may be subject to regional import taxes, customs duties, and local assessment fees governed by the destination country.

• These localized auxiliary charges are the sole legal responsibility of the recipient and must be settled independently to guarantee customs release.

• Maen Donati has no control over these regional fees and cannot predict their exact amounts.
